Jyri Meriläinen is a professional geologist with more than twenty years of experience in mineral exploration and mining operations across Sweden and Finland.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Geology and Mineralogy from the University of Oulu and is a registered European Geologist.
Jyri previously worked as Senior Mine Geologist at the Malmberget mine operated by LKAB where he managed exploration programs mineral resource estimation and geological evaluation.
His experience includes technical reporting feasibility studies and mineral project evaluation according to international reporting standards.
Mathieu Gosselin is a professional mining engineer with more than fifteen years of international experience in underground and open pit mining operations.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining from McGill University and has worked on mining projects across Europe North America Africa and the Middle East.
His expertise includes mine design production scheduling reserve estimation economic evaluation and operational optimization.
Mathieu is the founder of Gosselin Mining AB and provides engineering leadership for the development of Svea Mining’s exploration projects.
Aleem Nathwani is an investor and entrepreneur with more than sixteen years of experience in private and public markets. He currently serves as Principal at Nathwani Capital where he focuses on financing and advising high growth companies.
His experience includes capital raising corporate development mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance strategy.
Valerio Gaddi is an international corporate governance and compliance professional with extensive experience supporting businesses across multiple jurisdictions. His expertise includes corporate administration, regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, fiduciary services, data protection, and information security.
He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Ferrara in Italy and a Board Director certification from Styrelseakademien.
Valerio is engaged with Svea Mining through Nordic GEM, where he serves as Senior Legal Officer and Data Protection Officer. He has previously held legal and compliance roles with, among others, TMF Group and LG Electronics Nordic.
