About Svea Mining

Svea Mining AB is a Swedish mineral exploration and investment company focused on gold, copper and silver assets in Europe.

The Company's exploration portfolio consists of two exploration permits (undersökningstillstånd) covering approximately 7,500 hectares in Västerbotten County, northern Sweden. Both permits are situated within or on the margin of the Skellefteå mining district, a volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) system that has produced significant gold, copper and silver, alongside other base metals, from nearly 30 mines over the past century, the original Boliden mine alone yielding 128 tonnes of gold, 411 tonnes of silver and 118,000 tonnes of copper over its operating life. Historical work on Svea's permits has returned gold grades of up to 32 g/t Au at Stöverfors and 20 g/t Au at Kalvträsk, reflecting the broader polymetallic character of the land package.

The Company's exploration strategy is systematic and staged, beginning with geological mapping, geophysical surveys, and geochemical sampling to define drill targets.

Beyond exploration, Svea Mining is actively evaluating opportunities to acquire or invest in gold, copper, silver, rare earth, and other critical metal producers or near-term producers in Europe. This dual strategy, combining early-stage exploration with strategic investments in producing or near-production assets, is designed to build a diversified European mining portfolio that offers shareholders both discovery upside and potential near-term value creation, directly aligned with Europe's accelerating demand for the metals powering AI, electrification, and defence, and supported by a historically strong gold market.
